Terms & Conditions

For bookings with Snap Sekejap.

Booking

  • A booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.
  • The deposit is non-refundable but may be moved to another date within 12 months, subject to availability.
  • The remaining balance is due before your event.

Venue

  • Indoor setups only.
  • We need roughly 8ft x 8ft of space and a power socket nearby.
  • Any venue parking or access charges are the client’s responsibility.

On the day

  • Our crew arrives about one hour before the session starts.
  • Session hours cover booth operation only, not setup or teardown.
  • Unlimited prints are included during your session.
  • Additional time is subject to availability and charged at the add-on rate.

Photos

  • Guests download their own photos via a private QR code.
  • Your online gallery link is sent after the event.
  • Selected photos may be used in our portfolio. Tell us if you would rather we did not.

Liability

  • Clients are responsible for damage caused by their guests to our equipment.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by venue conditions, power failure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • If equipment fails and cannot be resolved, our liability is limited to a refund for that service.
