Booking

How far ahead should I book?

Earlier is safer, especially for weekend weddings. Message us with your date and we will tell you straight away if it is free.

How do I confirm my date?

Message us on WhatsApp. We will confirm availability, agree the package, and take a deposit to lock the date.

Can I change my date later?

Yes, subject to availability. Tell us as early as you can and we will do our best to move it.

How much space do you need?

About 8ft x 8ft is comfortable. We also need a normal power socket nearby.

When do you arrive?

About an hour before your session starts. Setup takes roughly 30 minutes.

Is setup time part of my hours?

No. Your session hours only start when the booth opens to guests.

Do you do outdoor events?

Indoor only for now, so the printer and camera stay safe. Message us if your venue is semi-outdoor and we will take a look.

How do guests get their photos?

They scan a QR code at the booth and download their own photos straight to their phone. Private to them.

Do we get all the photos afterwards?

Yes. You get an online gallery link with everything from the event.

Can we use our own design for the print layout?

Yes. Send us your artwork and we will set it up, or we can design it for you.
